Online orders are not eligible for our loyalty program 


Sale items and all jewelry are final sale.  No exceptions.

Returns postmarked within 10 Days of original shipping date qualify for a refund, no returns will be accepted after this date.

Orders selected for pick up at the Peoria location have 7 days from date of purchase to return.

All shoe orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee at the time of return

Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must show no signs of wear on bottom and be in original, undamaged box. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.

We do our best to inspect every item but sometimes we may miss something.  If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. Due to various payment methods allow 7-10 days for refunds to become visible.

Please enclose the original receipt so we can locate your order efficiently and quickly process your return.

In stock items will be shipped out within 3 business days, business days do not include holidays and weekends.

Blue Boutique reserves the right to choose the most efficient shipping method. Most commonly used carriers/methods are USPS Priority Mail, UPS Standard Ground and FedEx.

Standard USPS delivery, rush delivery available for an additional fee.

Blue Boutique does not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

We DO ship to APO/FPO addresses via United States Postal Service, though we may need to contact you prior to shipping.  There may be some restrictions.

Oversized or overweight packages might have additional charges. Blue Boutique will notify you, prior to processing, of any additional surcharge and for your approval.  The charge will be added at the time of processing your purchase.  Your order will not be shipped until we receive your approval.

Delivery may be impacted by weather delays/acts of nature and/or any other unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstances. Blue Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other interruptions in delivery service.

Pick-Up In Store
If you live near the Blue Boutique location in Peoria, IL and wish to pick up your order, please select "Pick-Up in Store" as your shipping method.  Orders may only be picked up at our Peoria store located at 7424 North Orange Prairie Road, Peoria, Illinois.  Orders must be picked up within 7 days of placing your order.  Orders left over 7 days will be restocked and no refund or credit will be issued by Blue Boutique.

Blue Boutique will send a confirmation email when your order has been processed (fulfilled) and is ready to be picked up at the store.
